Membership

We are very active in all four membership categories of mens, ladies, seniors and juniors who all enjoy a full playing calendar of club competitions and inter-club matches. We encourage the ‘Ready Golf’ initiative because it promotes a faster pace of play and makes the game more enjoyable for everyone.

Being a traditional members club, the club is run through the elected committee who plan both the yearly social and golf events and the long term Club strategies.

Our Secretary/ Manager and his team of professional staff oversee day to day management of the Club and facilitate delivery of the various events. Our culture of openness and accountability means that member representation is foremost and that all decisions are made with the long term viability of the Club at their core. By operating with this small group of professionals and member elected volunteers, we aim to provide what the members expect at a very competitive price.

Full Membership
As a Full Playing member you would enjoy the following options:
- Advance Tee Time booking
- Access to tee times 7 days a week
- Reduced Guest Green Fees – (Member’s guests can play at anytime subject to tee time availability)
- Access to competitions, knockouts and matches (Official WHS handicap required)
- Use of the practice ground, short game facility and Tour Studio
- Retain a WHS handicap index
- Access to the BB&O County Card Scheme
- Discounts on food and beverage purchases in the Clubhouse (T&C’s apply)

Social Membership
Burford Golf Club offers a varied social calendar throughout the year. Social members can enjoy the following :
